Cuba’s scientists produced COVID vaccines at warp speed

Having my career in international development, I have long been aware of the excellent medical system of Cuba. Their physicians work all over the world and were first responders in Italy in the spring. The last I checked with the WHO’s ranking of nations’ healthcare systems, Cuba ranked #39 and the US #37. Enough said…

Now Cuba has developed four vaccines–they don’t need cold storage, and they’ll be free for the nation’s 12 million– developed, tested, and delivered by the end of March 2021. And they’ll be low cost for all of Latin America.
